Meet the Founder — Gavin Hames
I’m Gavin Hames, founder of Hames Health Co and a licensed health insurance advisor. I created Hames Health Co to give individuals, families, and self-employed professionals a simpler, more personal way to understand their health insurance options and find coverage that fits their needs and budget.
Growing up in Ringgold, Georgia, I learned early that trust, communication, and genuine relationships matter. I bring that same approach to health insurance. Instead of simply sending quotes and leaving you to sort through the details, I take the time to explain your options, answer your questions, and help you understand what you’re actually choosing.
Whether you’re self-employed, changing jobs, starting a family, or simply looking for better health insurance coverage, my goal is to make the process straightforward and personal.
